He Li is a U.S. patent attorney with extensive experience in patent procurement and patent litigation. Dr. Li previously worked with Brinks Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S. Dr. Li is an expert in MEMS and clean room technologies and has years of research experiences on MEMS devices, such as micro/Nano-scale electro-mechanical resonators. He had participated in several research projects lead by the United States Navy and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and served as a lecturer and research assistant in University of Maryland.
