Wei Yuan is a registered U.S. patent agent, with ample experience in both patent procurement and patent litigation. Prior to joining Metis IP LLC, Dr. Yuan worked with Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP, specializing in patent consulting and management. He was also a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, examining patent applications in computer graphics. Dr. Yuan has also focused on conducting pre-filing patent infringement investigations, invalidity analysis, court document drafting, and document review management.
